Ken Sausedo

Ken Sausedo and his wife, Jeannie, fell in love with St. Simons Island during family vacations in the late 1990s, purchased their first condo here in 2014, and made the Golden Isles their permanent home in 2018.

As a REALTOR®, Ken enjoys helping buyers and sellers navigate some of life's most important decisions. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, retirees seeking a coastal lifestyle, or families preparing to sell a longtime home, he is committed to making the process as smooth,
informed, and stress-free as possible. His professional credentials include GRI, ABR®, SRS, PSA, and e-PRO designations, and he remains a perpetual student of the business, continually seeking new knowledge and insights that benefit his clients.

Before entering real estate, Ken spent more than three decades serving in ministry, music, and church leadership. Those experiences shaped his belief that listening well, building trust, and genuinely caring for people are the keys to serving clients successfully.

Family remains at the center of Ken's life. He and Jeannie are the proud parents of two sons, Jonathan and Aaron, and a wonderful daughter-in-law, Emily. In 2026, they were overjoyed to welcome their first grandchild, James Michael Sausedo, whose arrival added a new and treasured chapter to their family's story. 

When he's not helping clients, Ken enjoys real estate photography, video production, running, music, and creating content that highlights the communities and lifestyle of the Golden Isles.
