Ann is a top producing REALTOR® with proven success in customer satisfaction and sales numbers. Having been in the Real Estate business since 2000, Ann joined Signature Properties Group in the summer of 2004, with anticipation of taking her career up a notch. Ann has also chaired numerous committees at the Golden Isles Association of Realtors® over the years.
A native of Alabama, Ann and her husband, Thomas, moved to St. Simons in 1992. Since then their family has grown to include two sons, Trey and Will and their two Golden Retrievers, Bella & Buddy. Ann´s background, believe it or not, was law enforcement, serving in the Juvenile Court system in Alabama, as a Deputy U. S. Marshal and training at FLETC in Brunswick, and then starting the Victim-Witness Assistance Program for the District Attorney in Opelika, Alabama as well as numerous other crime victim support programs across the state of Alabama.
Ann loves the experience she has with her real estate business through serving her clients and meeting their needs. One of Ann's hobbies has been one of creativity. A calligrapher for 20+ years, she was a freelance designer and had several of her projects published in Home Decorating magazines and publications. Ann also enjoys other creative aspects such as embroidering and vinyl arts.

Personal:
Ann and her family live on St. Simons Island where her husband, Thomas, is a financial advisor. Their oldest son is currently in college and the youngest is in the Glynn County School System. During the primary years, her children attended a local Christian school where she and her husband served on the steering committee to start the school and also did a great deal of volunteering. Ann has chaired numerous school functions and school events and has served in various leadership roles within the churches in which she has been a member. She formerly served as President of Women in the Church. Ann and her family are active members of the St. Simons Community Church. She and her family enjoy playing and watching sports, biking, and going to the beach.
