Signature Properties Group, Inc. announces higher than expected sales for 2003

ST. SIMONS ISLAND, GA, Dec. 18, 2003 -- Signature Properties Group, Inc. today announced that the company is projected to exceed planned sales for 2003 by 55%. Since opening in March of 2003, Signature Properties Group, Inc. has recorded sales of over $32 million for an average monthly sales of over $4 million.

The company believes this exceptional sales performance is a direct result of the growth of the sales team which is now up to twelve agents. Opened in March 2003 with the three founding members, Bill Keim, Zaida Clay Harris & Phoebe Hoaster, the company has actively and successfully recruited other top agents to join the team. "We looked for established top producers in our area whom we felt would be a good mix with our own personalitities as well as newer agents whom we believed had the potential for future growth and we all agree that it's been a very successful strategy," states Zaida Clay Harris, Associate Broker/Partner.

Phoebe Hoaster, Associate Broker/Partner expands on this further by saying, "I think that if you look at the mix of agents we have on staff, our diverse personal and professional backgrounds bring a great deal to the team as a whole. Bill, for example, used to race cars professionally, Zaida was once a trust officer. Gene Hoaster was a builder/developer in Atlanta and Lisa Allison, our office manager, is an active tri-athlete. With the addition of Joe Wills, Kathleen Haller, M.G. and Liz Whittle, Veta Herndon, Midi Shaw and Jon Bramlett, we have an even more interesting and versatile group. Veta is an award winning builder from Macon. Joe is a former Assistant General Manager of the Augusta National Golf Club. Kathleen is an avid golfer and runs several miles a day. M.G. is a former educator. Liz is a fourth generation islander and a former All-American swimmer. Midi comes from a succesful ten year career in corporate retail/wholesale sales, and Jon, our newest member is also licensed in Florida and has traveled extensively all over the world."

The company recently expanded its office space to over 3000 square feet, part of it in conjunction with the Law Offices of Jim Benefield, a local real estate attorney. "It was a logical partnership with Jim. We both had a need for a little more space and it's really worked out well," says Bill Keim, Managing Broker/Partner.
