Thirty five years ago I left North Carolina and found beautiful Saint Simons Island. As the saying goes: "Once you get sand in your shoes, you never leave". This has been the most wonderful area in which to raise my two children, Mary Ellyse and David. Ellyse is finishing her science education major with USC and has been accepted into medical school with Texas A&M in St. Lucia (May 2012). David is finishing up at Ga. Tech (computer science major). I work with my local real estate board and the community relations committee which is very active with local charities. My position in The Junior League of Savannah, Golden Isles Chapter has many opportunities to serve locally and in Savannah helping those in need. I treasure my family, my many friends, fishing, boating, reading and travelling!

As a Buyer's Agent I will

• Help you through the discovery phase and resolution period of the contract
• It is of great importance for me to stay knowledgeable and up to date on such things as mortgage lending, building codes, flood regulations, dock permits, home inspections, insurance and taxes by attending regular classes and seminars. I know many competent experts to direct you to when the need arises.
• I will help you through the closing and beyond. It's not always over at closing, especially with new construction. I won't disappear once I get paid! In fact the best part of being a Buyer's Agent, is making new friends.
